Years ago I started collecting funny things from appraisals.  Then I actually stopped looking at appraisals.  Now that I'm looking at them again, I see that nothing has changed.  We appraisers are all human but sometimes you just have to laugh at some stuff.  This blog is for posting funny or just plain outrageous appraisal related images or snippets.  I will always redact any identifying information of the parties involved.  If you see your work here, don't get mad, get better!  Feel free to contact me if you have posts you'd like to see here.
